During one stay, a returning guest was thrilled to announce that he would soon become a dad! The team at Grand Universe Lucca were delighted for the guest and the new addition to his family. When they saw the guest during his next visit, his face broke into a wide smile as he announced that his baby had arrived.

The team knew just the gift to surprise our guest with and celebrate his new baby. That afternoon, they ventured to a traditional Italian shop in the city to buy a soft bib, hand sewn with the baby's name. The new dad was delighted by this personal touch. It's safe to say that the whole team can't wait until next year when the whole family return to Grand Universe Lucca to celebrate the little one's first birthday.
