A special celebration of life

When a guest and her mother checked in to celebrate the mother's cancer recovery, the team knew they needed to make this trip as special as possible. They reached out to the guest and requested photos of her mother. First, they distributed these to all hotel associates to ensure everyone at the W Doha would recognise and help make this guest feel extra special.

The team then also made sure this guest room was especially welcoming. Decorating it with the pictures, gorgeous towel art and 'Family matters' written on the bed - celebrating just how important it is to be loved. The guest and her mother were thrilled with this gesture, and the team were so touched to see just how much their thoughtfulness was appreciated.
