A stay fit for a princess

When one General Manager received a call regarding a family travelling to Dubai to give their terminally ill daughter her holiday wish, they knew they must help create a trip of a lifetime.

To do this, they needed to know more about the family and so found out the daughter's favourite film - Encanto. Enlisting the HR and Welcome Team's help, they quickly bought the beautiful butterfly dress from the film to surprise the young guest with. The team then set to work dressing the room to welcome her; using towel and petal art, personalised touches, getting the young guest's favourite music playing - and not forgetting the wonderful dress. As well as this welcome treat, the team made it their mission to give this family a wonderful time. With the support of the Concierge and Sales teams, complimentary tickets for At the Top and a Desert Safari were sourced, both of which were on the young lady's bucket list. She also wanted to see the Dubai Mall and watch the amazing fountains so they secured her the best view in the house. The entire hotel team loved giving this family a beautiful stay.
