An invite to remember

When one couple were visiting Vienna for the very first time, the Club Lounge Ambassadors knew they had to make it extra special for them. Springing into action, the team began to discreetly arrange an extra special surprise for their last day.

When the last morning of their trip arrived, the team presented the couple with a formal invitation to a 'romantic Viennese experience'. The excited guests tried to guess what lay in store but the team only gave a mysterious smile. Not knowing what to expect, the couple stepped outside to see a complimentary horse drawn carriage, ready to take them to their dinner reservation - complete with Champagne and sweet treats on board. The members were truly blown away, but the Club Lounge Ambassadors' thoughtfulness didn't stop there. While the couple enjoyed their ride, meal and an evening at the opera, the Ritz-Carlton team collected polaroids they'd taken of the earlier carriage experience along with chocolates and balloons - arranging this all in their room for an added surprise. When the couple returned from their night at the opera, they were shocked and felt so spoiled. They thanked the team for taking such a great care of them, saying they would miss them - and the horses.
