When one evening, associate Aigul bumped into a member on the hunt for the nearest bar, he noticed his t-shirt, covered with baseball cap logos.
Complimenting the guest on his amazing outfit, Aigul heard about this guests wonderful collection of baseball caps - mentioning that whenever he travels, he picks up a cap as a souvenir, but he hadn't managed to find the perfect cap from this trip.

Aigul sprung into action and quickly contacted housekeeping with the perfect cap in mind. Together, they sourced one of our own personalised baseball caps to add to his collection. If that wasn't enough, Aigul enlisted the help of the Pastry Team to create the perfect baseball cap cake for our guest to enjoy. Both were placed in his room the next day. Aigul loved surprising the member with two souvenirs he'll never forget.
