Bringing Spiderman Back
We were welcoming one of our repeat guests back to our hotel and saw a note on the system that during their last day, their son lost a Spiderman toy. In order to create a wow moment for the returning guests, the Guest Relations and Houeskeeping team prepared a nice welcome card with amenities and arranged for a new Spiderman toy. The Team provided special touches and attention throughout the stay of the family and wanted to create an unforgettable farewell: Kishore decided to dress up in a custom to become the "real Spiderman" and also purchased some Spiderman sweaters for the children as souvenirs.
The whole family was overjoyed with the kind gestures and effort from the hotel team. The guest promised to be returning to the hotel later in the year with his son wearing his Spiderman sweater.
