Checking in the tooth fairy
When a 10 year old guest's baby tooth came loose during check in, it gave one of our wonderful welcome agents a bright idea for a special moment. Telling the boy to keep it safe, our thoughtful team member got to work. They handcrafted a little wooden tooth box and personalised card which they left on the child's bed.
At check out the next morning, the child excitedly shared how he'd received 5 euros in his box - he was delighted! The boy's father was also pleased, coming back afterwards to thank the agent for their creativity and attention to detail. He even followed up their visit with a special thank you in his feedback - noting that it's 'the details that make the difference.'
