Conjuring the perfect birthday

With one member's birthday trip just around the corner, a thoughtful travel agent knew just how to redirect her to her dream destination - Hogwarts. Contacting the Guest Experience Team, he requested a Harry Potter themed birthday for this special guest. The Ritz-Carlton Dubai team quickly swung into action to bring the magic.

The team set to work creating the perfect muggle birthday. First, pastry chef Joel got to work crafting a Harry Potter cake. Ahead of the guest's arrival, Jec dressed the room with birthday decorations and placed the cake front and centre - ready to celebrate their big day. When they opened the door, the guest was thrilled by their truly personalised birthday celebrations, and couldn't stop talking about this special effort with their friends. The whole team were so pleased to make this guest's day feel so magical.
