Creating a global coin collection

When a guest approached the reception desk of the Al Bustan Palace to exchange some banknotes to Omani coins, Guest Relation Agent, Gulnaz discovered that the guest's son had been collecting coins for 25 years. This immediately gave her an idea. Gulnaz knew the hotel team comprised of members from over 40 different countries. So, she set out to find a coin from as many team members as she could.

Together, the team created a gorgeous little folder of 22 different coins from all over the globe. When Gulnaz gave the guest the folder, he was delighted by the personal touch. Well done Gulnaz and the worldwide on-property team for going the extra mile to create a memorable guest moment.
