From here came the idea of painting canvasses: The canvasses are painted by our Front Office Associates for a chosen guest who booked a Redemption Stay, as a special note of appreciation. The painted canvas, together with a welcome letter and a box of chocolates are placed in the guest's room as a surprise. After a few weeks of appreciating our Elite guests, who choose to spend the points on our property, we received positive feedback and our Elite Appreciation went up by 5%.
