Delivering the aquarium

When Monash at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai learned about one little girl's love of fish, he wanted to do something special to enhance her stay. She was the granddaughter of returning members, who Monash knew well. While catching up, they mentioned the aquarium she had received for her birthday. On hearing this, Monash knew just how to welcome their granddaughter when she was due to arrive the following week.

Not wanting the young girl to miss her finned-friends while on holiday, Monash enlisted the help of fellow team member Kishore. The pair ventured out to the mall to find an aquarium. The day before the young guests arrival they set it up in her room, along with a personalised note. The family were blown away by this touch, and when they saw the granddaughters glee they were overcome with emotion. They even recorded a video thanking Monash and the team for going above and beyond.
