Giving our guests their very own finish line

When the welcome team learned that one of our guests was joining them, fresh from a set of long hikes, they knew just how to welcome her.

Joining forces with the B&F team, they crafted a special, celebratory in suite surprise for this hiking guest - her very own finish line. The delighted guest also received a commemorative medal and thoughtful leaflet on restorative cryotherapy, along with an invitation to enjoy a recovery potion drink in the hotel's Living Room Bar.
