When one Marriott Bonvoy member mentioned his Turkish heritage during check in, talk turned to his favourite dish - tepsi kebap (or aubergine kebab). Just like his grandma used to make. GRM, Saida, knew this was an opportunity to go above and beyond, so got in touch with the B&F Team to organise a very special meal.

A plan was hatched for the next day, when the guest was booked to have lunch in the Morena restaurant. Instead of presenting him with his order, Saida, and Executive Chef, Askin, delivered a tepsi kebap to his table. Our member was extremely touched by this gesture, remarking that this thoughtful touch took him on a trip down memory lane. Saida was delighted by the chance to transport him back to his childhood.
