During check in, a guest and her daughter were chatting about how the young girl wanted to learn the French language, but she wasn't sure where to start. Luckily, The Ritz-Carlton's very attentive bellman, Bakary, overheard this conversation and knew just what to do. Bakary sought the help of Pauline, our front desk agent, and they worked together to help the young guest start this challenge.

Bakary swiftly bought two French workbooks, placing them in the guest's room along with a personalised note in English, signed off with the French words "bon courage", wishing the young guest good luck. The guests were blown away by this personal touch and Bakary was delighted to have helped.
