Missing hiking pole boot? Not on our watch

The W Verbier Welcome Team sprung into action when one afternoon a guest mentioned that she had lost the little 'boot' covering for one of her hiking poles. Despite looking far and wide, it was nowhere to be seen - leaving the spike of one hiking pole, uncovered.

Asking to borrow the guest's remaining boot, they quickly dashed across to the sports shop and bought a replacement for the guest. If that wasn't enough, the team then had the lovely idea to wrap the boots and place them in a handcrafted glass jar - a Cinderella box for her new boots. The guest was overcome by this thoughtful gesture. The Welcome Team loved helping out to ensure the boot is never lost again.
