No carnival? No problem

One couple flew all the way from Hawaii to Tuscany, hoping to attend the Carnival of Viareggio. They were devastated to find out that it was not the carnival season. That's when associate Vanessa, got to work. She knew that when one door closes, another opens. To surprise these disappointed guests, she got in touch with the carnival organisers and managed to sort a visit for the couple to where the carnival parade floats are created.

The surprised couple were left speechless at this once in a lifetime, behind-the-scenes look into the carnival they were so gutted to miss out on. As a marker of their continued delight, they've kept in touch with the team who even received a box of chocolates from them for Christmas. For her recent birthday, they sent the guest their best wishes with a picture of the team saying, 'it is always good to have friends all over the world.'
