When our member and his family were visiting Dubai for a family vacation, the housekeeping team noticed that the baby's favourite blanket was torn. Not wanting to throw the blanket away, the housekeeping team instead stitched it up - fixing this special blanket. Not stopping there, they also decided to buy the baby another blanket as a little treat.
The next day team member, Abishek, placed the fixed blanket along with the new blankie in the room. When the guests returned, they were shocked to find both the new and mended blanket waiting for them. They were touched by the gifts and extremely thankful to the whole housekeeping team, who were thrilled to give the family a surprise they'll never forget.
