Sharing the not-so-secret recipe

When two guests came to our restaurant and ordered the stracciatella salad to share, the team were so pleased to see the guests clean the plates and thoroughly enjoy the dish. In fact, the guests enjoyed it so much that they politely asked if they could please have the recipe. However, instead of handing it over straight away, the B&F team decided to tease them, and jokingly let them know that it was a special secret recipe so couldn't be shared.

The team knew just what to do to surprise the guests and hid the chef's original recipe and a little note from the team alongside their bill. The guests were not expecting this, and the team were overcome with joy when they saw the surprise light up their faces.
