The team at W London are used to going above and beyond for their guests. So, when a family let the team know about their daughter's love of the Phantom of The Opera, a musical she'd seen over 20 times, associate Simone knew just how to surprise this guest with something tremendous.

Simone wanted to arrange a meet and greet, but Covid-19 restrictions at the time made this difficult. Determined to deliver she sourced the next best thing - a signed programme from the entire cast. Not only this, but Simone arranged a tour of the set and even managed to set up a chance to video call an actor from the musical. The guest was overjoyed and her family loved seeing her dream come true. Simone and the team were so happy to help make her wish a reality.
